Job summary

Rural King is seeking an unloader to safely unload inbound trailers using RC forklifts and other equipment. You will support the receiving dock, move products to designated locations, and contribute to a positive customer experience with a friendly, proactive approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and a willingness to learn through training programs and on-the-job activities to grow with Rural King.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse / manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Prior forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trailers safely, efficiently, and accurately using RC forklifts.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Unloading all product off inbound trucks and moving to designated location.
• Maintain continuity and flow of the receiving dock.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and the work environment remains safe.

An unloader is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate unloading of inbound trailers using RC forklifts or other warehouse equipment, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
