Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Team Member to support receiving, processing, storing and shipping operations. You will train new hires, maintain training logs and ensure 5S and safety standards are followed in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational and communication skills, and basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Overtime opportunities may arise and growth paths are available.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must possess basic math and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and strong verbal/written communication.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• 5S and Safety training preferred; willingness to train others.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend order information and work instructions.
• Provide hands-on training and instruction on distribution center procedures.
• Maintain training logs and conduct new hire orientations.
• Practice 5S and safety, respond to change, and support other tasks as needed.
• Assist with training material preparation and onboarding, including flexing to other shifts.
