Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking a Second and Third Shift Supervisor for our Burlington, NJ distribution center. This role oversees multiple departments including receiving, shipping, and replenishment, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality across the operation.

You will guide warehouse associates, provide training, and implement process improvements to optimize throughput. A BS/BA and 5+ years in a related DC environment with 2+ years in a leadership role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a distribution center.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple departments within the distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment.
• Provides direction and motivation to warehouse associates while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
• Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance distribution center performance and inventory management.
• Ensures all warehousing functions run smoothly and acts as a point of contact for escalated issues.
