Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store in Ohio is seeking a warehouse receiver to ensure timely and accurate receipts of all products entering the distribution center. The role also handles BOL documentation and itemized shipping records.

You will operate powered industrial equipment, coordinate with drivers, and support vendor compliance while contributing to safety, accuracy, and daily KPI goals. This full-time position offers growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a collaborative team

Responsibilities

The receiver is to ensure timely and accurate receipts of all products that are received into the distribution center. This position is also responsible for all BOL documentation and itemized shipping documentation.

• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

• Provides accurate inspection and counting of all products received in the warehouse.
• Utilizes operating systems affiliated with RK DC operations such as ATK, Latitude, etc.
• Moves product via powered industrial equipment to and from location when receipt is complete and processed.
• Understand and follow vendor compliance processes.
• Communicate with drivers after trailers are unloaded.
• Rework problem freight
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• May be required to cross train and perform other duties.
