Job summary

Paq, Inc. is seeking a DC Order Selector Clerk to receive, store, and distribute materials in a fast-paced Lathrop, CA warehouse. You will keep inventory records updated, pick and pack orders, and help ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment in a safe environment.

The role requires basic math, proficiency with warehouse software, and the ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks per safety guidelines. Large-item handling may be involved.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Over one year of Warehouse Clerk experience is preferred.
• Complete OSHA forklift training as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Unload goods and materials safely using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements and company standards.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
• Label and store items in designated areas.
• Complete and maintain necessary inventory, shipping, and receiving documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
