• Identify departmental financial resources and participate in budget development.
• Propose and implement process improvements within the department.
• Lead associates to comply with safety, HazMat, and HR policies; ensure safety of staff, facility, equipment, and inventory.
• Manage performance of Assistant Manager and/or hourly associates; coach and take corrective action as needed.
