Job summary

Fox News Media offers an on-site internship in Washington, DC as part of its spring 2027 program. Interns will work 16–24 hours per week and gain hands-on experience in Technical Operations, including control room/studio operations, transmission, lighting, and editing.

Selected students must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, show strong academics, and commit for the full program length, providing transcripts or adviser letters as required.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
• Current class standing of sophomore, (second-year college student) or above
• Strong academic record
• Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
• Access to own housing and transportation to/from the assigned internship site

Responsibilities

• Assist in Technical Operations tasks related to Control Room/Studio Operations, Transmission, Lighting and Editing
• Gain exposure to prompter systems and software, teleprompter, studio setup and other studio positions
• Support interns in real-world projects to develop leadership skills and practical experience
