Rural King Farm and Home Stores in Ohio is seeking a loader to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and safe loading of products onto outbound trailers, using RF scan guns and powered equipment.

We value teamwork, customer service, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Candidates typically have 1 year of warehouse experience and strong communication skills, with a commitment to safety and quality standards.

As a loader, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and safe loading/transporting of products onto our outbound trailers.

Responsibilities And Expectations

• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Actively participate in learning initiative s s uch as training programs , workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
• Responsible for loading outbound trailers accurately and safely.
• Responsible for the use of RF scan guns to load and unload trailers with scan gun technology.
• Unloads any pallet trailers or cross-dock t r ailers via po we red industrial equipment for other DCs and allocating freight to the proper location.
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily , weekly, and monthly .
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as as sig ned.

Qualifications
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
