Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders.
• Schedule pick-ups and coordinate flow of goods through the warehouse.
• Train and coach employees to meet safety and productivity standards.
• Monitor performance and production goals; escalate issues when needed.
• Create BOLs and process orders accurately.
• Run reports and perform computer‑related tasks to track metrics.
• Ensure processes and policies are followed and improvements identified.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Identify and correct production issues promptly.
