Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the replenishment fulfillment processes in the distribution center
• Acting as liaisons between various departments to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Monitoring and reporting at the start of shift, bi-hourly, and end of shift
• Setting shift goals and labor plans to keep all channels within SLA
• Completing all SLA-related reporting
• Monitoring and reporting IB freight performance against plan/schedule
• Automating and maintaining workflow in all areas
• Identifying and reporting aged products at all touchpoints
• Updating weekly labor planning
• Interacting with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Ensuring all employees are trained in safety and operation standards
• Inspecting the quality of work and accuracy
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
