Job summary
McKesson's temperature controlled automated Distribution Center in Kent, WA is hiring a junior to intermediate level Facilities Maintenance/Service Technician to support operations and keep equipment running smoothly.
You will troubleshoot and repair a wide range of facility systems and conveyance equipment, communicate with managers and frontline staff, and learn new technologies while contributing to health care logistics.
Qualifications
- Facility, maintenance or service technician experience
- Troubleshooting and repair experience with a variety of different equipment used in a distribution center environment
- Knowledge and safe usage of various types of equipment in maintenance/facility trade (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, etc.)
- Basic knowledge/exposure to warehouse work environments
- Basic knowledge/exposure to various trades
- Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OSHA

- Repair and maintain equipment in a distribution center environment
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of DC equipment
- Communicate professionally with management and frontline staff
