• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers with instruction, classroom culture, and admin duties.
• Gradually assume classroom responsibilities under mentor guidance.
• Serve as substitute in a classroom when a lead teacher is absent.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate content to support learning.
• Gather resources and prepare engaging instructional materials.
• Participate in mentor meetings, grade-level and network professional development.
