Job summary

Odeko is seeking a delivery driver to service customers across the DC metro area, Maryland, and NoVA. You will deliver orders, handle loading/unloading, and ensure items are placed safely at each stop.

The role requires driving in the DC area with a valid license for at least four years and fluent English. Compensation is $21.00 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must have experience driving in the DC Metro area and have held a driver’s license for at least 4 years with no major violations in the past 7 years.
• Read, write, and understand/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Drive across DC, Maryland and NoVA area delivering customer orders while following all safety protocols.
• Enter and exit the vehicle from the driver’s door to pull the customer’s order and stack on a dolly without damage.
• Determine placement of merchandise while following safety and lifting protocols.
• Use a hand truck to move cases and items across stairs, ramps, and sidewalks.
• Correctly identify order issues and resolve them in real-time.
• Utilize a handheld device for routing and submitting customer information; use RF scanner to pull items.
