DC Associate 1 - Booneville

Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a DC Associate 1 to work with a leading manufacturing and office products company in Booneville. This role supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by picking, packing, assembling, and moving products to ensure efficient shipment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, with up to 2 hours daily of overtime

Pay Rates

• 15.44 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, walk, and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
• Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment
• Basic inventory or warehouse tracking experience
• Ability to read load sheets and follow customer requirements
• Basic math and computer skills
