Job summary

DayToDay Health seeks a DBT Therapist-In-Training to support clients in achieving emotional wellness under supervision. You will provide assessment, diagnosis, and a range of psychotherapy services, including individual, family, couples, and group therapy.

Key duties include facilitating DBT-focused sessions, developing treatment plans, and delivering psychoeducation on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is desired.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required or anticipated.
  • Eligibility for a training license is required.
  • Practicum experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to complete DBT training is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and a range of psychotherapy services (individual, family, couples, group).
  • Facilitate DBT-focused therapy sessions under supervision.
