Job summary

Growin is seeking a SQL Server DBA with hands-on experience in Oracle Database design, RAC, and Dataguard to join our distributed teams. You will contribute to database automation, tuning, and reliable performance across projects in Portugal, with hybrid and remote options.

We value strong Linux admin skills and fluent English communication to collaborate with international stakeholders and drive scalable database solutions together.

Qualifications

• Experience with design and implementation of Oracle Database, single instance and RAC.
• Experience implementing Oracle Dataguard.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• DB tuning and performance testing.
• Linux systems administration.
• Ability to communicate in English.
