Job summary

Truckee Gaming, LLC in Dayton is seeking a Marketing Manager to plan and execute promotions, events, and casino marketing campaigns. You will manage on-property Marketing Coordinators, oversee player’s club promotions, and direct advertising and social media efforts while coordinating across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous managerial/leadership experience (casino environment preferred).
• Previous cashier experience in a casino or casino promotions/players club experience preferred.
• Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic graphic design software familiarity preferred.
• Must meet deadlines with quick turnaround and keep stakeholders updated.
• Excellent customer service and recovery skills required.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively in English.
• Supervise promotion coordinators and marketing team members.
• Analyze marketing trends and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Assist with marketing budget and business plans for assigned properties.
• Coordinate Players’ Club promotions and sign-ups.
• Ensure events comply with rules and log sheets.
