First Watch is the leading daytime dining concept serving made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch with a chef-curated menu and a people-first culture. Our servers are the heart of the guest experience, delivering attentive service while applying Five Steps of Service in a fast-paced setting.

You will multitask across tables and menu knowledge, support teammates, and ensure guests receive high-quality, safe food with genuine kindness. Must be at least 18 years old.
