AIM Strategies LLC operates The Pennant in Downtown Topeka. We are seeking team members who can thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Compensation includes a base pay of $2.13 per hour plus tips, with the potential to earn up to $25 per hour or more.

Position involves guiding guest experiences, delivering exceptional service, up-selling menu items, supporting teammates, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized. Full-time roles include paid time off and community-focused incentives.

Job Description:We are looking for team members that can work in a fast paced environment while communicating and working together with fellow employees. Team members need to be able to accomplish the following tasks:

• Guiding the guest experience and providing excellent service to our guests.
• Anticipating and delivering all guests needs.
• Suggestively selling and describing menu items to guests.
• Assisting team members and performing running side work.
• Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining restaurant on a daily basis.
