Job summary

Whitsons Culinary Group is hiring a School Food Service Worker to support our nutrition program. This daytime role offers Monday–Friday hours, no nights or weekends, and a chance to serve healthy meals to students and staff.

You will prep, portion, and serve meals, keep stations clean, and follow food safety rules. No prior experience is required as training is provided; join a friendly team dedicated to safe, quality school meals.

Qualifications

• Must complete all Whitsons and government-mandated training as required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional food service experience preferred but not required
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required
• Ability to speak and read English sufficient to understand and perform job assignments, follow recipes, and comply with safety requirements.
• Always presents a positive and professional image; ability to work effectively as part of a food service team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
