GRBS Inc. is hiring a full-time custodian for Wayland Union Schools in Michigan. The role runs Monday–Friday with one weekend per month, 7:00am–3:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly.

You will maintain building cleanliness, vacuum, mop, dust, and empty trash, while following GRBS processes and communicating respectfully with staff and students. We value reliability and teamwork, and offer benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with valid ID.
• Public school custodian role; background check may apply.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms, and trash removal.
