Job summary

Come Back Clean is hiring a Residential Cleaner / Housekeeper to service clients' homes during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and trustworthy conduct within clients' homes. Training and paid time off are offered.

This is a full-time, in-person position with access to benefits. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of cleaning experience, dependable transportation, and the ability to work independently in occupied homes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of house cleaning or residential cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to company standards.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and disinfecting tasks.
• Change linens and make beds as assigned.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Properly use, transport, and store cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients in their homes.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines.
