Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Store, label, and date all food items per policy.
• Serve customers and handle orders at multiple stations.
