Qualifications

• Back-of-house cooking experience required (1–2 years).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have daytime availability, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Must not be currently enrolled in school.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and assemble menu items according to company standards.
• Receive and stock inventory; maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and assist guest service and front of house operations.
