Sign-on Bonus: $75,000

Responsibilities

Read CT, MRI, ultrasound, x‑ray imaging of the chest, abdomen and pelvis. Expertise in reading PET/CT, Cardiac CT and Cardiac MR is desired although not required.

Compensation Package/Benefits

• Salary: $475k for associates ($400k base + $75k sign‑on bonus year  1 + $20k retention bonus year  2) with partnership opportunities offering $550k–$600k +, depending on productivity.
• Moving Allowance: $15,000 if applicable
• Partnership Track: 1 year for candidates with > 2 years of experience; 2 years for less‑experienced candidates
• Productivity bonus: offered to associates and partners
• Fellowship Stipend: $1,000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology
• Vacation: Generous time off with internal moonlighting options available
• Insurance: Full malpractice insurance (professional liability) and health insurance for the employee and their family, subject to eligibility

Workflow

• PACS System: All imaging studies across our hospital systems and imaging partners are read using InteleViewer, which integrates seamlessly with partner PACS systems. Radiologists can easily share case links for second opinions.
• Dictation Software: PowerScribe 360
• Worklist Management: Clario Smart Worklist prioritizes cases for your assigned shift and launches InteleViewer when a case is selected. Cases can be manually selected or auto‑launched, with worklists optimized for urgency and efficiency.
• AI: AIdoc for detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, PE, incidental PE.
• Credentialing and onboarding are fully supported by administrative staff.
• Radiology assistants and 24/7 IT support are available to ensure seamless workflow.
