Job summary

Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND seeks a full-time Patient Care Technician (PCT) for the Ear, Nose & Throat clinic. The role includes basic patient care, preparation of treatment areas, and handling medical equipment under supervision. CNA preferred; BLS required or obtainable within 60 days.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with no weekends or evenings. Competitive benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus support a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum of six months’ experience preferred; clinic setting preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred; BLS for health care providers required or within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care services under supervision of a licensed clinical professional.
• Prepare patient treatment areas and clean medical equipment; dispose of biomedical waste per policy.
• Monitor stock levels of medical inventory and restock or reorder as needed; assist with reception/clerical tasks.
