Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients about their account balances and answer questions.
• Explain insurance payments and patient responsibility in an easy-to-understand way.
• Help patients identify payment and account resolution options.
• Set up payment arrangements.
• Research account information and help resolve billing questions.
• Keep accurate account notes and records.
• Work with your team to find solutions and provide a positive patient experience.
