Job summary

The Little Gym of West Boise is seeking energetic instructors to lead fun, educational classes for kids from infancy through early adolescence in Boise, ID. Staff will follow our proven curriculum, move with the children, and help families feel welcome in a supportive gym environment.

You will be part of a team that values safety, fun, and growth, delivering positive experiences that build confidence and physical development in every class.

Qualifications

• Independent Contractor (1099) status; W2 possible on promotion
• Experience with child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful
• Strong customer service orientation and communication

Responsibilities

• Lead classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding member services and foster a family-like atmosphere for members.
• Assist with class setup, safety checks, and indoor play activities.
