Right at Home in Florida is seeking Weekend On Call Caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care. The role involves 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with a base pay of 180 for 32 daytime hours plus $12 per hour for any additional shifts during on-call periods.

• Comfort with assisting for basic personal care and mobility as needed.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards and protocols.
• Compassionate, supportive, and patient with clients and families.
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus for moving or transferring clients.

Responsabilités

• Open availability to work with any client during a 12-hour shift.

• Remind clients to take medications and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility, doctor visits, and social activities.
• Plan and prepare meals; assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients on errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and report unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies; ensure client safety.
• Offer daily living activities and support meals as needed.

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance is seeking to hire Weekend On Call Caregivers.

The On Call DAYTIME position schedule is as follows:

• Saturdays 6a-10p ($90)
• Sundays 6a-10p ($90)

Each On Call position offers great base pay ($180 total for 32hours Daytime On Call) plus $12/hourfor every shift that is worked during the On call shift.

The On Call Caregiver/ CNA is available to work with any client, anywhere during the 12 hour On Call period.

Responsibilities

• Open availability to work with any client during 12 hour shift.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
• Remindclients to take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises
• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for every shift.
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to go anywhere during 12 hour On Call shift.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver

• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
