Food Bank of the Rockies in Aurora, CO is seeking a Driver 1 Non-CDL to support food rescue and distribution by picking up and delivering products using vans and small trucks. This full-time, non-exempt role operates primarily daytime hours and keeps you home at night and on weekends when possible.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Prior warehouse experience.
• Experience serving low-income communities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pick up donated food products and deliver them to agencies.
• Unload incoming products and load outbound products per delivery specs.
• Maintain an organized, clean cab and cargo area; handle food handling equipment.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Carry out light vehicle maintenance tasks and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain compliance with Food Bank of the Rockies standards and Feeding America guidelines.
• Communicate with donors, agencies, and volunteers to sustain positive relations.
• Manage receipts, invoices and paperwork for each site.
• Cover additional routes as needed and assist with warehouse duties when required.
