Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years HVAC / Maintenance / Electrical / Plumbing experience in commercial setting.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repair and contractor coordination in support of the General Maintenance program and CMMS.
• Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance including drywall repair, ceiling tile replacement, plumbing maintenance, leak response and mitigation.
• Provide maintenance, inspection and repair support to Facilities Management Department systems and equipment.
