Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to keep apartment communities clean and welcoming. You’ll collect bagged trash and cardboard from residents' doorsteps using an open-bed pickup truck or a tow vehicle with a trailer.

You’ll work daytime shifts, typically 10–15+ hours per week, with schedules that avoid long driving and off-site dumping. Most roles start after 8:00 AM and emphasize staying local.

Qualifications

• Must own open-bed pickup truck or tow-capable vehicle with trailer.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Smartphone with data plan to use our app.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to on-site compactor using your truck or tow vehicle with trailer.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
• Walk through apartment communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed.
