Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, porter, or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time daytime hours.
• Attention to detail and sanitation standards.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine daytime janitorial and porter duties throughout assigned facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, lobbies, and hallways.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners.
• Respond promptly to spills and cleaning requests.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust on a regular schedule.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
