Happy Maids, Inc. in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Daytime House Cleaner to join a friendly, family-owned team with 1985 heritage.

You’ll start with paid training and work daytime hours with a schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, depending on location. Travel to client homes in the northwest suburbs using your own transport, clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, and perform routine and occasional deep-cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift, bend, reach, and be on your feet during shifts.
• Works well independently and with a team.
• Flexible weekday availability.
• Schedules Monday–Friday; start times typically 7:00am–9:00am; end around 3:00pm–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes throughout the northwest suburbs using your own reliable transportation.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Perform occasional detail cleaning such as baseboards, window sills, and other deep-cleaning tasks.
• Work independently in smaller homes and with other team members on larger cleaning projects.
• All cleaning supplies, equipment, and training are provided by Happy Maids.
• Communicate professionally with clients and office staff.
• Report damages, maintenance concerns, or client requests.
