Job summary

MaidPro South Miami is hiring House Cleaners for residential cleaning on assigned routes in the Miami area. This daytime role avoids nights and weekends, with hours typically 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Training is provided, and tips go entirely to the employee.

Compensation includes hourly pay of $17.50–$18.50 plus travel time and benefits such as gas allowance and tolls reimbursed, with a focus on reliability and client trust.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform residential cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms and common areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Follow MaidPro's 49-point cleaning system.
• Use cleaning products and equipment properly.
• Respect client privacy, belongings and home.
• Follow routes, schedules, procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers and the office.
