Job summary

Parker John’s BBQ & Pizza in Menasha, WI is seeking friendly Daytime Hosts to greet guests, manage the waitlist, take carryout and delivery orders, and help ensure a welcoming, efficient guest experience. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Shifts are daytime, part-time (about 15–20 hours per week) with pay ranging from $14 to $18 per hour, including tips. This role is the first impression of our brand and sets the tone for every guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter and thank them on exit.
• Manage waitlist using the app-based system.
• Answer phones and take accurate carryout/delivery orders.
• Process carryout payments and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming host stand and area.
• Assist team to support overall guest experience.
• Be available for daytime weekday shifts.
• Demonstrate reliability and consistent attendance.
• Multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Remain positive and professional during busy periods.
