Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Baton Rouge is hiring part-time Joy Creators (Front of House Associates) to welcome guests and help them select the perfect cake for celebrations. You'll work 15–30 hours per week with a flexible schedule, casual attire, and opportunities to grow.

Prior customer service is a plus, and you’ll be trained on cake crafting and career growth in a fun, upbeat environment. Our bakery hours are posted and shifts cover evenings and weekends, with friendly team support and cake

Qualifications

• Previous customer experience is a plus, not required.
• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time schedule: 15–30 hours per week, vary by week.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth to determine needs and provide outstanding service.
• Educate guests on cake options, sizes, flavors, and promotions.
• Suggest add-ons to complete celebrations.
• Process orders quickly using the POS system and invite to join Email Club.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and stock display.
• Restock merchandise and assist with cake decorations as needed.
• Follow health guidelines and NbC dress code.
• Show up on time and maintain good attendance.
