Job summary

Workstream is seeking a reliable Part-Time Daytime Sweeper to maintain clean, safe work areas across outdoor sites and facilities in Idaho. You will sweep, remove debris, and operate basic cleaning tools while adhering to safety guidelines.

This role is outdoors and physical, with shifts that vary by workload and season. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test are required, along with dependability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to perform physical labor (standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25-50 lbs).
• Previous cleaning or labor experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean designated areas (parking lots, sidewalks, or job sites).
• Remove debris, trash, and dirt to maintain a safe environment.
• Operate basic cleaning tools and equipment (brooms, blowers, sweepers).
• Dispose of waste in proper containers.
• Perform routine checks for hazards and report any safety concerns.
• Assist with light maintenance or cleanup tasks as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Night shift work required depending on workload and time of the year.
