Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a Warehouse Associate in High Point, NC to support daily store operations. The role focuses on taking excellent care of customers, stocking products, and keeping work areas clean and safe while adhering to Grocery Standards.

You will participate in training and work with a team to ensure smooth, efficient service. Responsibilities include processing/packaging/stocking, assisting unloading, and reloading salvage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Willing to participate in required training and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, vendors, and associates who speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet customer needs.
• Process, package, and stock products according to Grocery Standards.
• Clean work areas and unload stock; reload salvage as needed.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining orderly shelves and displays.
