Charter Foods is hiring Customer Service Crew Members for day shifts at Long John Silver's in Archdale, NC. Openers may start as early as 6:00am; dayshift ends by 4:00pm. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and maintain a fast-paced, friendly dining area.

Roles include food/kitchen duties: prepare items, restock, operate ovens/fryers, and keep the area clean. Requirements include being 16+, reliable transportation, ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and a positive demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age. No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve all guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Use food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and various kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean work environment by wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
