Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking Crew Members for daytime shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

No prior experience is required. Must be at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation, and be able to stand for long periods. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items, restock product and workstations, and use kitchen equipment as needed.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
