Long John Silver's invites energetic individuals to join as Crew Members for day shifts. Openers can start as early as 6:00am with dayshifts ending by 4:00pm, varying by location. This fast-paced role focuses on guest satisfaction and teamwork in a quick-service setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in food prep. No experience required; must be at least 16 with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No previous experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock product and workstations.
• Use ovens, fryers, grills and other kitchen equipment.
