Taco Bell in Lambertville, Michigan is hiring Crew Members for daytime shifts. You’ll greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help ensure a fast, friendly experience in a busy restaurant.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. This role offers flexible scheduling, free meals during shifts, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive, team‑oriented work environment that makes every shift enjoyable.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with coworkers and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept the guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by completing general tasks (tables, dishes, floors).
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock product and workstations.
• Use kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills).
• Keep a clean work environment (stations, equipment, dishes).
