Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking Crew Members to greet guests, take orders, and process payments in a fast-paced setting. You will help maintain a safe and clean dining area and work closely with delivery partners to ensure guest satisfaction.

No prior experience is required, and the role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be 16 or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along well with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items; restocking as needed.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions; maintain a clean work environment.
