Job summary

HomeGrown Kitchen is seeking a Dish Washer (Kitchen Team Member) to keep dishes and equipment ready for service. The role supports all restaurant areas in a fast-paced daytime setting, with early arrivals and a finish by 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written.
• Work fast, safe, and accurate for up to 10 hours per day.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to help with maintenance and prep duties.
• Capable of using knives and standard food prep equipment.
• Mobility to move around the restaurant and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to transport cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per day.

Responsibilities

• Scrap, scrub, wash, sanitize pots and dishes to keep operations smooth.
• Complete all assigned prep work following recipes.
• Set up workstation.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects.
• Assist with receiving deliveries.
