Lifesteps, Inc. in Monongahela, PA is seeking Direct Care Aides to support adults with disabilities in a residential home setting. You’ll assist with daily living activities, meals, grooming, and transportation, delivering compassionate, person‑centered care.

We offer steady full‑time hours with daytime shifts (7 am–3 pm) and part‑time options. Paid training provided; no experience required. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, holidays, disability, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Responsabilités

• Assist adults with disabilities with activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care, grooming, bathing, dressing and meal support.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and accompany on community outings.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision.
