Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a daytime Customer Service Team Member in Maple Grove, MN. This role involves greeting customers, advising on services, and maintaining a clean, safe environment during daytime hours (Mon-Fri). No prior experience required; 16+ years old.

Entry includes benefits and growth opportunities as part of a busy team. Position offers a starting wage of $16–$17 per hour with incentive pay, plus daily pay options, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision for FT, 401K with company match,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time.
• Have the ability to work during the hours of 7AM-4PM in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day) and move with a sense of urgency.
