Supreme Fitness Group is seeking a Custodian/Cleaner for Fullerton, CA to maintain the cleanliness of all facility areas and ensure a positive member experience. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, equipment and gym floor, restocking supplies, disposing of trash, and reporting maintenance issues to the Club Manager. Must be 18+ with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Punctuality and reliability are required.
• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good diplomacy in all interactions.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment and gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain the trash cans.
• Clean/dust items high off the ground (e.g., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters).
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow “Lost and Found Policy” and return lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.

Job Summary

The Custodian/Cleaner will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain the trash cans
• Clean/dust items high off the ground (e.g., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters)
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager
• Follow “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds
• Will encounter toxic chemicals
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities
• Moving self in different positions, including bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and twisting, to accomplish tasks
