Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks a Daytime Crisis and Treatment Plan Therapist in Tulsa, OK. This full-time hybrid role provides crisis stabilization, linkage to behavioral health services, and trauma-informed care to clients—working both in-office and remotely.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling, social work, or related field from an accredited graduate school.
• Must be licensed or licensed eligible (LPC, LMFT, LBP, LCSW).
• Bilingual preferred and willingness to work irregular hours to ensure service quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide daytime crisis stabilization and linkage to services in person or via telehealth.
• Deliver crisis services to divert clients from hospitalization, jail, and ERs.
• Perform immediate crisis interventions and de-escalation as needed.
• Develop emergency safety plans with individuals and families.
• Assess level of care needs with the team and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain required documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Promote Sanctuary Model commitments in service delivery.
• Attend meetings and provide outreach to clients who disengage from services.
• Promote trauma-informed care and recovery-focused, welcoming environments.
