Long John Silver's in Danville, KY is seeking a friendly Customer Service Crew Member for daytime shifts. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean, safe dining area in a fast-paced environment.

You will work well with delivery partners, assist with food preparation, stock supplies, and help with general cleaning tasks. No experience is required, and training is provided; must be 16 or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret basic documents such as safety rules and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept the guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve all guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Prepare Ingredients and Menu Items.
• Restock product and workstations.
• Use food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and various kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean work environment by wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
